Here comes the A-C-T Blog! Here I give you an Awe moment from research or own experience, a Citation supporting the topic and a Take away for you to ponder on.
Awe moment
If you’re committed to personal development and growth, you probably strive to be in the best physical and mental shape of your life. Whether through fitness, meditation, healthy eating habits, or a combination of these, the disciplines you set in one area, often transition and enhance another aspect of your life, creating a foundation for gradual holistic improvement.
On my own personal development journey, I struggled with persistent fatigue and brain fog for years. I tried everything from switching to Matcha tea and drinking plenty of water to regular exercise and a balanced diet. Yet, the fatigue and mind fog persisted, hindering my productivity and keeping me from making faster progress towards my dreams. After continually tweaking my habits, determined to find a solution, I stumbled upon intermittent fasting.

Take Away
I’ve been experimenting with the 19/5 intermittent fasting method for over a year now, and although it may not work for everyone, it has significantly improved my energy levels, memory, and cognitive function like nothing else. I have since established 2 businesses, planned a wedding abroad (in another language) and moved country, all while working full-time.
Every journey towards self-improvement is unique, and what works for you, may not work for another person. However, the key to success is persistence and the willingness to explore new approaches. Whether it’s intermittent fasting or another strategy for a different goal, the commitment to continuously refine your habits can lead to profound transformations and achievements.
Reflect on your current routines, identify areas for potential improvement, and don’t be afraid to experiment with new practices. The path to a better you is not always straightforward, but it is always worth pursuing.
What 3 simple changes can you introduce into your daily routine to get closer to your best physical and mental shape?
